General terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale are systematically brought to the attention of each buyer to enable them to place an order. Placing an order implies the buyer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
1 – PRICES
1.1- The prices communicated by SAS ADVENTURE CITY are indicated in euros, all taxes included.
1.2- Any other service not included in the initial booking will give rise to additional invoicing.
1.3- SAS ADVENTURE CITY reserves the right to ask for proof of identity for all minors.
1.4- SAS ADVENTURE CITY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, although the service will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is registered.
2 – BOOKING
2.1- Availability
All bookings are made in real time according to availability. The sale will only be firm and definitive after receipt of the confirmation email from SAS ADVENTURE CITY mentioning the booking number. The purchaser’s bank account will immediately be debited for the value of the services.
2.2- Exchange/cancellation
The Service cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in the event of cancellation by SAS ADVENTURE CITY.
2.3- Allocation of games
SAS ADVENTURE CITY reserves the right to allocate its games according to bookings, and no claim may be made regarding the allocation of games by SAS ADVENTURE CITY.
2.4- Confidentiality
By reserving a time slot, the buyer implicitly acknowledges that all the games, components, riddles and puzzles of SAS ADVENTURE CITY are strictly confidential. Any total or partial disclosure or publication to a third party would violate the commercial interests of SAS ADVENTURE CITY.
3 – TERMS OF PAYMENT
SAS ADVENTURE CITY only accepts payment by credit card on its website. Cheques, cash, regional cards and holiday vouchers are accepted on site.

5 – ELECTRONIC BOOKING
5.1- Each electronic reservation has a unique reservation number allowing access to a game session.
5.2- The purchaser will receive a confirmation e-mail including the number, date and time of his/her reservation.
6 – INTERNAL RULES FOR ADVENTURE CITY SAS GAMES
6.1- SAS ADVENTURE CITY makes every effort to offer you a game that meets your expectations. The order, layout or distribution of the experience remains at the discretion of SAS ADVENTURE CITY and no claim may be made in the event of any modification.
6.2- SAS ADVENTURE CITY games can be played from the age of 10. However, players under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult per game.
6.3- SAS ADVENTURE CITY reserves the right to ask for proof of identity to verify the age of the person.
6.4- Pets are not allowed on the SAS ADVENTURE CITY premises.
6.5- It is strictly forbidden to photograph, film or record all or part of the game. Any breach of this prohibition will be punished by the confiscation of the camera until the end of the game or the expulsion from the game and liable to prosecution.
6.6- It is also forbidden to reproduce the texts, logos, images or any other elements contained on the SAS ADVENTURE CITY website, or on the emails sent by SAS ADVENTURE CITY.
6.7- SAS ADVENTURE CITY declines all responsibility for any damage to objects brought by clients which have not been deposited at the reception desk for this purpose.
6.8- SAS ADVENTURE CITY is a non-smoking area.
6.9- COVID sanitary measures
SAS ADVENTURE CITY has signed the #jouonsenconfiance charter.
COVID protocol:
For all bookings, please arrive at the precise time of your appointment to avoid bumping into other groups who may be coming for another game.
Take precautions for the “little corner”. We reserve the right to ask you to wait if the previous team has not yet left, in order to maintain distance measurements.
Each player must have his own mask. Disposable masks are on sale for 1 €uros.
Our Game Masters will receive you at the precise time for your Briefing and a compulsory passage through the hydro-alcoholic gel zone.
Our elements and areas are cleaned after each rotation.

7 – APPLICABLE LAW – COMPETENT COURTS
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
